A manufacturer, not a middleman
Intelsoft LTD is a Ukrainian manufacturing company with its own facilities in Zviahel, Zhytomyr region. We take your drawing and carry it through to the finished part: cutting, forming, machining, coating.
We handle single prototypes and production runs alike. For you that means one contractor for the whole chain of operations instead of five separate workshops and five rounds of approval.

Our services
Full-cycle metal processing
Sixteen operations on one site: from cutting the sheet to a finished, coated part.
Laser cutting
We cut sheet metal on CNC machines: complex contours with no mechanical stress and no surface distortion. We work with virtually every material.
Sheet metal bending
We bend on precision CNC press brakes and bending centres. On production runs this is faster and cheaper than stamping, and the angle holds from the first part to the last.
CNC punching
We punch metal on CNC presses: holes of any shape and pitch. The part gets lighter without losing strength. Steel, stainless steel, aluminium, brass.
Powder coating
A fully automated line. The coating does not rust, keeps its finish for years and takes mechanical and weather loads.
Metal stamping
We turn sheet and coil into formed parts under the press. High speed, repeatability and tight tolerances on production runs.
Wire products
We manufacture and form wire products in a range of shapes and configurations to your drawing.
Longitudinal and cross cutting of steel
We cut coil steel into strip, sheet and packing tape to your dimensions. Large volumes on tight deadlines.
Welding
Our own welding shop with welding tables and professional equipment. A full range of work of any complexity.
Heat treatment
Heating, soaking and controlled cooling: we change the structure and properties of the metal to suit the part.

Electrical discharge machining
We shape the part with electrical discharges where a cutting tool cannot reach: narrow slots, hard alloys, complex contours.
Grinding
Cylindrical and surface grinding machines: we bring dimensions and surface finish to the required class.
Shot blasting
We clean the surface with pressurised abrasive — before coating, before welding, or as a finishing operation.
Egoza barbed tape
Reinforced barbed tape is coiled onto a drum, with adjacent coils fastened by clips in a staggered pattern.
