The Intelsoft LTD website does not collect personal data. There is no registration, no account, no field to type anything into, and no advertising or analytics trackers. Below is what actually happens to data when you open the site or get in touch.
What the hosting records
The site runs on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web server, the hosting keeps technical logs: IP address, time of request, the page requested, browser and operating system. These records exist so the site stays up and protected from attacks. We do not use them to profile visitors and we do not pass them to anyone else.
Cookies
The site sets no cookies of its own. Cloudflare may set technical cookies for bot protection — they do not identify a person and are not used for advertising or tracking.
When you call or write
If you call +380 44 332 09 65 or write to inteltatka@gmail.com, we receive what you send us yourself: your name, contact details, the content of your enquiry, drawings and any other attachments.
We use this only to reply to your enquiry, quote the work and fulfil the order. We do not pass it to third parties, except where the law directly requires it.
Correspondence is kept while we work together; accounting and tax records are kept for as long as Ukrainian law requires.
Your rights
You can ask what data of yours we hold, have it corrected, or ask us to delete it. An email to inteltatka@gmail.com is enough — we reply within 30 days.
Third-party services
There are no third-party scripts, counters, chat widgets or embedded maps on this site. If any are ever added, we will update this page before they go live.
Changes
If this policy changes, we update the text and the date at the top of the page. Earlier versions are not hidden — the edit history lives in the site repository.
